Good space planning can make a small house feel big.  

 

A Temple City family had a small property that has been in the family for generations. It is a 5,000 square foot lot that is wide and shallow. This multi-generational family with a few pets dreamed of making their property into a cozy home despite the limitations presented by their lot.

 

With good space planning we were able to provide this family with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a family room that opens out to the yard, and a cozy porch to enjoy the Southern California sun.
